Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in PLaywork course

One Day Certificated Course - £40

Course Description

This course is for people who are working with children and young people between the ages of 3 to 5 in settings such as after-school clubs, breakfast clubs, holiday playschemes, adventure playgrounds and schools.

This course is aimed mainly at the Playwork Manager or Deputy that are in a position to implement change and take a positive approach to improving their own and their centres ability to look after EYFS children in line with the Ofsted standards for early years settings. However playworkers and volunteers will also find this course helpful if they are being asked to be a Keyworker within their setting or if they wish to better understand the EYFS Ofsted requirements relating to Playwork settings.

The course is delivered by an exprienced and qualified Playwork practioner and will enable you to see working examples. The course also enables learners to get involved in small group work, practical tasks and case studies which will improve knowledge, confidence and attitude towards EYFS in a playwork setting.
