Kids' City recognises the need for local employment in South London and delivers a programme designed to target the local residents and the users of the scheme to enhance their future employability.

We actively promote employment opportunities for those people that may find it hard to gain employment elsewhere, including lone parents who are able to access free childcare and people with literacy or numeracy difficulties.

Kids' City Trainers are fully qualified educators and have vast experience in education delivery to adults who are under skilled or have language or learning barriers.

Kids' City provides accredited in-house training including the nationally recognised NVQ levels 2 & 3 in Playwork.

Three London Boroughs use Kids' City expertise to deliver their NVQ training in Playwork.
